Htc One M7 was the real deal, if you ask me. M8 was great but not as exciting as M7.

they have me soooo locked in but I love it tbh. Love how easily everything works together and I don't really want things like a galaxy watch anyways so it doesn't bother me it doesn't work as well with iPhones

i wish the pd industry standard catches up to these chinese companies. as cool as the lightspeed 120w or whatever they're offering, they're proprietary. which means if you use any other equally fast charger, the speed won't match

Mac is the only computer without touch because they don’t want to alienate iPads. iPad should have more software support and their computer should be able to have some type of touch and enable situation going on.

I had the Google 8 Pro... accu, performance, material quality poor and very expansive too. Now I am happy with my new Oneplus 12 16/1TB for much less money. 😅 PS: I'm in love with this kitchen green 😂

My first android that started it all for me

I was 13 when I got this phone for Christmas. It was beautiful then, and it’s beautiful now. The UI was UNMATCHED for its time. Not to mention it was solid. Even the shape was so easy to hold. I would only consider going back to Android if HTC brought the m8 back.

those were the days. i had the pearl white version. it was such a fantastic phone. the contrast ration on the phone was unmatched, and the stereo speakers were unmatched.

I always wonder how come all the other tech companies fail to do a proper launch while Apple on the other hand can launch a feature available on every other device for years, and still get so much fan support. I think whoever is running their marketing should teach all the others how to do proper QA before marketing as well. Such an embarrassment for MS to launch the new line of PCs without the mainline feature.

I currently have the pixel 7 pro and I cannot wait to get rid of this thing. Single-Handedly the worst experience I have had on a phone. Besides all the technical problems, the OS is a buggy mess.

A good phone should be a gaming phone but not the other way around. Im glad that we finally have a toned down gaming phone. Its a selling point for me that its finally something you can walk around w/ without looking like a clown.

The reaction is THE perfect example of why A) online mobs are mostly brain damaged, and also full of liars and B) the tech press and youtubers care more for eyeball grabbing fud than they ever will for truth, safety or anything else people pretend to care about. It was always off by default (preview builds showed this clearly), and assuming it would have actually been encrypted in the end like original claimed, this is infinitely less bad than what apple/google/meta do right now, and have been doing for years, to say nothing of the wireless carriers and other ISP's. But its crickets for all of that stuff, and everyone get triggered by Recall. Also - your work PC is not yours, never was yours, and never will be yours - you have ZERO right or expectation for privacy while on your work PC - get over it. Just like many topics over the past 5 years - the way people chose to cover this was excellent for decluttering my list of people I follow on UA-cam and elsewhere. in that way, I love everything about Copilot. While this video here is not perfect, at least it's not moronic fud that some of the complainers in the comment surely support blindly and wholeheartedly. You are all useful rubes to the tech companies not named MS.

I think it definitely has more features than my previous razr, however being nitpicky I'm coming across a few issues. It's almost too big for my hands and uncomfortable to hold, however at the same time the three button navigation is way too small and I can't seem to adjust it. Thirdly, the font defaults are really ugly and bother my eyes but I can't seem to be able to change the font by downloading my own. Overall... I'll live.

Microsoft really overestimates the usefulness of recall, I have 6.5tb of storage on my computer and I don't need recall to find anything: I know where everything already is. I have a thing called a brain and I have no memory impairments. But that's not really the point of recall, that's today's selling point, but down the line we all know that Microsoft will harvest user data and sell it to every bidder.

The Galaxy S4 (once debloated) was the GOAT of that era. Class-leading display, slim and light design, excellent cameras, performance, storage, bezels that still look good TO THIS DAY. The One M8 was the GBBOAT (Greatest Bottom Bezel Of All Time). Also, it was unnecessarily clunky and heavy in pursuit of copying the renders of the upcoming iPhone 6. The only areas it excelled in were out-of-box software and nice speakers. But any Android enthusiast knows to immediately debloat their device upon unboxing.
